Get a closer look at the roof—without anyone walking on it. Hawkeye Inspectors now offers Drone Video Roof Inspections as an optional add-on to a scheduled property inspection.

Using aerial video technology, our team can capture views of readily visible roof surfaces, flashing, penetrations, drainage areas, and other exterior features that may be difficult to see from the ground. After the inspection, the client receives an edited video of the roof inspection for their records.

  • Drone Video Roof Inspections are available only as an add-on to a Hawkeye property inspection; they cannot be ordered as a stand-alone service.

A home cannot fail an inspection

A professional home inspection gives you an independent, unbiased view of any problems and their solutions, so that you will have all the facts you need to make a sound, informed decision.

At Hawkeye Inspections we are “non-alarmists”. Just like the umpire, referee or official of your favorite sport, we "only call it, how we see it".

A Home Inspection can take up to 4 hours (1.5 - 3 average)

Depending on the size and condition of the home, a thorough home inspection will take no more than four hours, usually between an hour and a half and three hours. Ideally, you will accompany your inspector during the inspection so that you will have visual reinforcement of your written report.

Detailed Reporting

Every inspection is a complete and thorough analysis of all the major systems and components in the home. The report includes a clear description of what we've found with any problem areas noted, so you can easily identify them. The report prioritizes findings, making it clear to you which items are safety issues, which may need servicing and which may just be cosmetic issues.
