Radon Testing

Radon entering home

Radon is an odorless, colorless, tasteless, naturally-occurring radioactive gas formed from the breakdown of uranium and thorium. Exposure to radon is estimated to be the second-leading cause of lung cancer, accounting for an estimated 21,000 lung cancer deaths each year (range of 8,000 to 45,000).

Healthy Home Well Water Service Bundle with or without an Inspection

This test is especially important if the property has well water. A safe reading for a Radon in Air test does not ensure a safe reading for the level of radon in the water. For this reason, we encourage clients to order the Healthy Home Well Water Bundle which and be ordered alone or as part of a home inspection as an add-on at a discount and includes: an air quality test, comprehensive water quality with radon test, a water flow test, a radon canister and a mold test. The package offers discounted rates on each of the tests. We do not return to the property to take additional tests after the inspection.
